Dane Smith is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and Missouri. He handles residential and commercial sales all around the Beautiful Mountains and Lakes region of Georgia as well as the St Louis Missouri Market. Dane enjoys his time equally in both markets.

Dane graduated with a Business Administration Degree from University Of Central Missouri. He has completed his pre-license and post-license courses as well as Code of Ethics,  Building Codes, and is Certified in Condominium Sales.  Dane spent 30 years in property management, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to operate, control, and maintain a real estate business.  From Florida to Georgia, he has had 8 years of residental and commerical Real Estate sales.

Along the way, Dane has been awarded the Realtor of the Year, Top Seller in 2019, and Executive Club in 2020.  He is currently a memeber of Georgia Mountains and Lakes REALTORS Association, St Louis Area Association of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, Missouri Assocation Of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. 

Dane is passionate about home design and planning and deeply believes they bring out the life and value of a home. He spends a lot of time gardening, hiking with his Partner of 15 Years, Sean and their 2 two dogs Oscar and Louie!  His love for his dogs and his community is shown through his contributions to PAWS for Life, Rabun Food Bank, and Faith Inc. and more.
